Clients are required to sign a physical copy of terms and conditions upon arrival. When you book, a card will have to be placed on file. Your card will NOT be charged until the appointment is fulfilled.

I am no longer accepting new clients. I am only accepting referrals from current clientele and health professionals. If you are referred from a client of mine or a health professional, please specify who has referred you.
